Rep Elise Stefanik is the “number three” Republican in the House of Representatives. She’s been watching Judge Arthur Engoron’s wiseguy and biased antics in the Trump fraud case and decided it was time to file a formal complaint and get the chief judge of NYS to make him sit in a corner with a dunce cap. Our question? What took so long? They must have had extra accumulated vacation days. His behavior has been off the rails since before the trial started. There are no victims in this case: the banks made millions from the loans, all of which were paid back.

Whether you are pro or anti-Trump, you have to be thinking, “Don’t need to listen? “What the h*** do we need a judge for? He’s supposed to listen to both sides without falling asleep from all that legal mubo jumbo and make a fair judgment. But this judge’s lack of doing his job by listening is like going to a pizza joint that doesn’t sell pizza. The judge knew he was judging someone who could sell hair to a bowling ball, so he took advantage of the constant media coverage by smirking and smiling for the pool cameras and summary judgment against Trump even before the trial began.
Those and other severe breaches of conduct point to a bias that even someone like me, who didn’t go to law school as my mom of blessed memory wanted, could see. She didn’t mind that I didn’t go to law school as long as I went to med school. Either way, the bias was wrong. Even Donald Trump deserves equal justice. The trial should be totally dismissed or, at the very least, subject to a mistrial, but Elise Stefanik is hopeful that at least the State will sanction the judge and remove him from the case.
Here’s an example:
Trump Organization had valued Mar-a-Lago between $426 million and $612 million in these statements, while Ms. James and the judge valued it at $18 million to $27.6 million, prompting ridicule from President Trump, who says the property could be worth more than $1 billion, a sentiment echoed by prominent real estate figures. One agent told the Associated Press the judge’s claim was “ludicrous.”
However, the judge had dismissed a sworn affidavit from Lawrence Moens, the top Palm Beach luxury broker, who said if he had the opportunity to market Mar-a-Lago, it would be sold to someone with “net worths in the multiple billions,” the likes of Elon Musk, kings, emperors, and heads of state. Justice Engoron called the statement an “unsubstantiated dream,” but admitted testimony from an expert on the attorney general’s side who helped come up with the $250 million disgorgement figure, suggesting banks lost out on more than $100 million in interest because the financial statements were inflated. Lost out on $100 million? A politician of either party generally spends that before the 10 am coffee break.
That one tidbit of evidence above from The Epoch Times should have proven Trump’s case, but the judge destroyed it.
Let’s call that outright corruption, lying, or being mean.

Judge Engoron fined Trump $10,000 for violating an unconstitutional gag order when he commented on a “partisan” aide who gave thousands more than the $500 allowed amount to a Democrat campaign. Not to mention, the judge is also a Democrat donor.

If anyone in America must have the constitutional right to speak out against the judge, his staff, the witnesses, or the process, it’s a defendant going through a process he believes is politicized and weaponized against him.” Elise Stefanik
Ordering Donald Trump not to smash a Judge’s staff or anyone on his staff is like trying to keep me away from the cookies and cream delicacy when I enter a luxury handmade ice cream store.
The judge isn’t the only “Boris Baddenoff” in this fraud case. AG Letitia James, who ordered the trial, ran on a platform to “get Trump” – not realizing that he was already married and she couldn’t get him (unless she was a well-known stripper. By her bringing up the case and his handling the case, Ms. James and Judge Engoron were just vicious Democrats attempting to destroy a man and his family for nothing other than their own hatred. Or, as stated at the beginning of this post, like him or hate him, Donald Trump deserves to have a fair trial.
