Ruffalo hates Trump with the heat of a thousand suns. Publicly apologizing for wrongly defaming him must be a VERY jagged little pill to swallow.
Mark Ruffalo has a long-standing habit of saying stupid and humiliating things in public. But this one was bad even by his lowered standards.
Confirmation biases allowed him to assume the worst about Trump.
Not only did Ruffalo SHARE someone else’s photo claiming to be Trump on the Lolitia express on two separate occasions on the flight while surrounded by girls of questionable age, he added color to the comments.
Even his ‘retraction’ is little more than the framing of another attack.
There were two bogus AI-generated photos attached. This is one of them.
If Ruffalo is serious about calling out famous people for flying the ‘Lolita Express’, he might want to turn his sights on a certain William Jefferson Clinton, who, according to flight logs, took some 26 trips on what might be called ‘Epstein Air’.
Of course, Rufflao’s insane posts may have been emboldened after Trump’s name was mentioned in various news reports as being one of the names associated with wrongdoing in transcripts.
But just like those AI images, let’s all take a minute before jumping to conclusions about that.
We haven’t forgotten about this relevant story, have we?
Credit to @MrsMcGee for posting this helpful reminder:
The citation referenced in those screenshots comes from this paragraph:
Ransome was another imperfect witness. In the fall of 2016, she had suggested to the New York Post that she had sex tapes of half a dozen prominent people, including Bill Clinton and Donald Trump—but couldn’t provide the tapes when asked. (Ransome told me that she had invented the tapes to draw attention to Epstein’s behavior, and to make him believe that she had “evidence that would come out if he harmed me.”) In 2017, Boies represented Ransome in a lawsuit against Epstein for sex trafficking; last December, Epstein paid an undisclosed sum to settle.[…] — NewYorker
This paragrah is found tucked into a very long New Yorker article. It’s an article that was not really about either former President, but about the conflict between Giuffre & her allegations and Alan Dershowitz, who vehemently denied the allegations. The fact that neither Bill nor Trump was central to the story makes this casual reference to them all the more relevant in that it makes pushing an agenda far less likely.
We might add that Ruffalo should acquaint himself with an earlier tranch of the same evidence, where he can find the documents explicitly stating victims/witnesses testifying they had NOT seen Trump in any situation that would have suggested sexual impropriety with the girls under Epstein’s control.
