BUSTED: Planned Parenthood Goes Full Josef Mengela On Illicit Profiteering From Babies (VIDEO)

All Nazis deserve the contempt and scorn of history, but some deserve an extra helping. Josef Mengela, the ‘Angel of Death’ from Auschwitz is one such example.

Not only was he a doctor who played a direct role in choosing who would be slaughtered in the gas chambers, but he is also remembered for running tortuous experiments on children, especially twins.

This latter point takes us to an unexpected Venn Diagram overlap with recent news about Planned Parenthood.

Life Site News summarized the story this way (emphasis in original):

Never-before-seen documents released under a public records request show Planned Parenthood transferring “proprietary” aborted fetal body parts to UC San Diego explicitly for “valuable consideration”—a violation of federal law—in exchange for ownership of the university’s “patents” and “intellectual property” developed by experimenting with them.

The incriminating terms of this relationship are spelled out in a “Biological Materials Transfer Agreement” (MTA) contract between Planned Parenthood of San Diego (PPSD) and UC San Diego. The contract, made for “valuable consideration”, grants UCSD “access” to “fetal and placental tissue, which are proprietary materials of PPSD”. The parties agree that in granting “access” to the “proprietary” aborted fetal body parts, “PPSD shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Material, including but not limited to all right, title, and interest in patents and patent applications and other intellectual property rights relating to the Material”.

The transfer of any aborted human fetal tissue for “valuable consideration” is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

Public databases show UC San Diego professors have developed numerous patents, held by the University of California, using aborted fetal body parts. The University of California’s total patent invention revenue for 2021-2022 was over $127 million.

The article goes on to describe payment arrangements between UC San Diego and Planned Parenthood, and remind the reader that arrangements of payment for body parts are prohibited by law.

Where are the communists in their outrage over this one?

If they are so eager to block corporations from unduly profiting from the work of employees, how much MORE angry ought they to be about a corporation profiteering from the actual sale of human body parts?

This seems a good opportunity for House GOP to exercise their power of zeroing out line items of the budget… make an example of UC San Diego until they have disentangled themselves from this conflict and those involved have been prosecuted according to the law.

And maybe we should include that budget zeroing for other universities as well:
