Contrary to the media spin machine’s retelling of the story, Joe Biden was NOT cleared of all wrongdoing.
The Special Prosecutor’s report makes it very clear that there are a litany of various felonies under multiple statutes including the espionage act for which Biden fully meets the thresholds of criminal liability… but he got ‘Comey-ed’ out of criminal liability.
His actions were taken willingly and with full knowledge of their seriousness. And yet, he was let off on a technicality.
Cooperation is not a CHARGING consideration, it is a SENTENCING consideration. Being too mentally impaired was the only legitimate way to duck the charges.
Why is this important for Trump?
The failure to prosecute Biden will show a lack of seriousness in Biden’s DOJ. This is crime that must be urgently tried before the general election… but the very same issue with Biden?
Meh. No big deal.
It’s possible the judge can see the hypocrisy here and throw it completely out of her court room.
The DOJ has an obligation to provide equality under the law… these two documents cases seem to demonstrate anything BUT that kind of equality.
